

Chester Row was asked to consult on an 85 flat scheme being undertaken by Land Securities Plc. This included detailed spatial planning together with advice on finishes and procurement. Chester Row played a key role in all decision making with the full professional team.
Chester Row were introduced to an overseas owner of a number of recently purchased investment properties in Central London. After a Zoom meeting, Chester Row were employed to manage a team of professionals already appointed by the owner to obtain planning and listed building consent for the conversion of a building in South Kensington into six flats. As development manager, we oversaw the tender process, employed interior designers, planning specialists, architects and cost consultants to provide a high-quality project that was delivered on time and within budget.
Chester Row were initially employed by Pegasi, an investment company with a substantial property portfolio in prime Central London, to develop a template for ongoing refurbishment of flats as and when required. Subsequently, Chester Row were employed to design and refurbish three entrance halls, staircase, lifts and reception area for a building in South Kensington and to refurbish a number of individual units.
