Chester Row was initially employed to advise Macquarie Bank on a partially completed mansion on the private Crown Estate, subsequently entering into a development and joint venture agreement. Throughout the project Chester Row had complete budget and procurement responsibility. Chester Row successfully completed the project which included installation of a basement swimming pool and the completion of both structural and design works. A successful result was achieved for all parties on a project which appeared to be heading for failure at the time Chester Row was brought in.
