Established in 2002 by Jolyon Prowse and Nick Herrtage, who between them have over 60 years’ experience in the property market, Chester Row is a residentially led property development and investment company. The company’s expertise lies in redeveloping residential property both on its own account and for private clients in central London locations.

Jolyon qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1982 and has operated as a principal since 1987, developing residential properties across London and the Home Counties.

Nick Herrtage
Nick Herrtage

Director

Nick has operated in the central London market since 1978 and, prior to forming Chester Row, was a director of a large residential property company.

Sharon Remmert

Director

After a 14 year legal career in commercial litigation, Sharon joined Chester Row in 2015.  She brings her particular skill set to the management and co-ordination of development projects.
