Knightsbridge Mews House
This turnkey project, a joint venture between the owner and Chester Row, resulted in a perfect London mews house, large enough to entertain yet compact enough for ‘lock up and leave’. Mansard and basement floors were added whilst the ground floor was turned into an open plan kitchen/dining room. The top floor formed a luxurious master suite with a fully fitted dressing area and sleek bathroom in alabastrino stone slab. The lack of natural light in the basement media room was offset by a warm colour scheme, leather walls and clever use of mirror. The house and all its furnishings were acquired by a US fashion executive.
